Pardon our mess! Crews are working to improve access to and from Rocky Mountain National Park.
Improvements made throughout the period of construction will not only reduce travel time to the national park, but will relieve congestion and pedestrian/vehicle conflicts through downtown Estes Park. While major construction will take place January through June and October through December of 2023, visitors will experience traffic impacts such as single lane closures Monday through Thursday throughout the summer and early fall of 2023. Construction is expected to conclude in the winter of 2024.
